We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager who will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build existing/new business for the company. The ideal candidate will be focused and have effective communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Masters in Computer Sciences

Experience: 5+ years of Tech/SaaS based inside sales experience

Location: Lahore (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential clients.
  • Set and monitor sales goals.
  • Present weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly sales goals for the inside sales team.
  • Create Client proposals and contracts.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, clients, and projects.
  • Track sales and generate roles that cover sales forecasting, goals, and results.
  • Coordinate with other departments and team members.
  • Apply company wide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs, and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign-off.
  • Oversee the inside sales team, their hiring, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals, and results.
  • Suggest improvements to sales processes.
  • Understand customer behavior, needs, and requirements to meet their satisfaction.
  • Maintain and grow the reach of the database within the assigned territory for sales development.
  • Perform excellent online demonstrations and prospectus to attract new customers’ interest in the company’s products.
  • Be an active part of all the sales meetings to learn new techniques in the sales field.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching, analyzing, and identifying databases of the potential prospectus for driving the company’s sales growth.

Requirements:

  •  7 years of experience in IT sales with a services-based software company Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  •  Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  •  Bidding Experience for IT/Software projects
  •  Expertise in working with client management services.
  •  Exceptional negotiation skill
  •  Must be a team player and can work under pressure
  •  Proactive attitude and result oriented
  •  Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
