CleanHaus / Broomy
Hospitality & Property · Field Operations SaaS
Adding an AI field-operations layer to an existing property-service workflow
CleanHaus already coordinated cleaning and maintenance work across properties and field teams. Broomy added an AI-enabled operations layer around those workflows, combining role-aware assistance, language flexibility, maintenance communication and mobile task coordination.
The starting point
An existing hospitality and property-operations product already coordinated work between different operational roles and field teams.
What had to change
Cleaning, maintenance and field coordination depended on repeated manual communication and context switching.
What couldn't break
Different users had different responsibilities, permissions and working environments. The new AI layer needed to fit those role-specific workflows and remain usable by multilingual field teams.
Why this was hard
Field work changes continuously. An assistant only becomes useful when it understands who is asking, what task they are responsible for and what operational context surrounds that task.
What Datics changed
Datics added an AI-enabled operations layer to CleanHaus rather than creating a separate assistant. Broomy connected conversational assistance and maintenance communication to the role and task context already present in the product, while related mobile delivery extended those workflows into the field.
Role-aware assistance
Assistance shaped by who is asking and what they are responsible for.
Multilingual field workflows
Interaction that works for field teams across languages.
Maintenance communication
Maintenance requests and updates handled inside the operations workflow.
Mobile task coordination
Field tasks coordinated on the surface field teams actually use.
Platform in action
AI Operations
Where conversational assistance sits inside operations.
Field Tasks
Where cleaning and maintenance work is assigned and tracked.
Activity & Proof
Where completed work and updates are recorded.
What changed
Field and maintenance coordination is handled inside the operations workflow, with assistance attached to the task rather than to a separate channel.
