How It Works​

The My Prize Code platform operates seamlessly to drive customer engagement and boost sales for our client. First, the system identifies the target audience using information sourced from various channels, including the zip or pin codes of customers and their interactions with dealership websites and physical locations. This data is then utilized to create tailor-made campaigns based on the specifications and requirements of the dealerships, including campaign name, duration, and audience size.

Once the target audience is identified, they are sent a personalized link to the campaign via email or text message. Upon clicking the link, users are directed to the My Prize Code website, where they are prompted to input their zip code and pin code to claim a free gift. Subsequently, users are asked to provide information about the vehicle they are interested in purchasing in the near future and their intended purchase timeline.

Following the submission of this information, dealerships can customize their approach to fulfill the needs of these potential customers. For example, they can track the availability of the desired vehicle in their inventory and send targeted follow-up emails to remind users of their interest and encourage them to book an appointment.
