Secure Pay is an online invoicing portal that serves as an automated system for generating and processing invoices through an organizational management portal. It has also helped to increase accuracy, and efficiency and reduce costs for invoice management purposes.

Need For The Invoicing Portal:
Traditionally, the manual human-driven process of invoicing has proved to be very time-consuming, laden with errors, and expensive. These processes are also quite inefficient and labor-intensive. To that end, there was a need to develop an application to help with invoicing processing. This called for a switch to an electronic invoice system to help improve efficiency and allow for fewer invoice disputes.
For the purposes of this project, all the needs and requirements were collected from the client through a series of client demos, emails, and remote video meetings. The client wanted a project to be built from scratch and customized for the B2B (business-to-business segment) as a web application. The project was of a medium-level complexity and constituted a business process solution and an organization-managed type of solution. For the purpose of this project, a full-fledged development approach was taken with a dedicated team assigned to the client in order to create an e-invoice portal that fulfilled the needs and requirements of the client.
For our research, going into this project, we took a look at similar existing applications in the market. These included Wave (for growing businesses), PayPal (simple invoicing solution), Zoho (free invoicing with a mini-CRM), and Invoicera (Invoice Automation). To follow this, we then formed a firm understanding of the payment gateway systems, banking applications, and calculation formulas that were integrated. We also took time to understand the project taxation system before embarking on the development of this project.
What The Invoicing Portal Offers:
As a result of our efforts, Datics has been able to complete the Secure Pay project by guaranteeing speed and security. As a direct result of Secure Pay, the integrated software will now handle the entire process of sending and processing invoices and payments alike. Consequently, the labor costs for these processes will significantly decrease due to this automation. In addition, invoice processing will be more accurate due to the elimination of human error and revisions. Through the Secure Pay portal, regularly occurring customers can now be added to the system, managed, and targeted accordingly. This entails that, through the customer management module, regular, or frequent, customers can be shortlisted and targeted with campaigns for discounts as well.
